· Together with the rest of DMP team members, conduct need assessment of disaster affected areas and or participate in assessment activities if and when assigned.
· Monitor and evaluate projects/programs according to needs specified by managers.
· Assist in monitoring of resource mobilization (donor agreement, allotment information, expiry date and reporting requirements etc.) of DMP projects.
· Perform other project development and report writing related tasks as requested by senior management
· Review distribution plans prepare by IPs, pipeline reports and review distribution reports. Consolidate reports from partners for review by Senior project Officer.
· Provide support to the consolidation, analysis, reporting and dissemination of information gathered from the field and other sources in times of emergency response.
· Participate in relevant meetings with Government, donors, NGOs and UN Agencies in consultation with Sr. Project Officer.
· Assist Sr. Project Officer to carry out tasks related to ISO and RMA audits
· Participate in training opportunities in Pakistan and abroad, both focused on disaster management, and of a more general managerial nature.
· Undertake entry of data collected from the field into statistics programs such as SPSS and generate timely analysis to be used for reports, proposals, research documents and others.
· Support Assistant DMP Coordinator for Pakistan in coordinating with relevant Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations to facilitate improvements of projects/programs in the region.
· Maintain good working relationships between organization staff, groups and teams including: SDP Team, CBP Team, Operations team, Finance team, OD team and Communications team in all locations.
· Collect and create human interest stories gathered from the field.
· Generate timely assessment report after visiting disaster affected area.
· Generate timely minutes of all meetings attended and all inspections held.
· Generate timely reports on all trainings received.
· Generate all other reports on timely basis.
· Comply and/or utilize organization systems and tools, specially DMP Process Flow Charts, Project Monitoring Forms, Household Assessment Forms etc
· Any other task assigned by the Director/AD’s/Coordinator/Assistant Coordinators.
