No, you are not allowed to change your Login identification because your email address is your identity for the BrightSpyre account and you can not change your email address after the creation.

Do I have to remember my Secret Question and Answer?
 
Yes, you have to remember your Secret Question and Answer. A Secret Question is a backup password. If you forgot your password then the secret question can verify your identity so you can choose another password or have the site e-mail your password to you.
 
I forgot my password, how would I retrieve it?
 
To retrieve your password, please follow these steps: i) Please choose the "Forgot Password". ii) Provide your login identification which is your email address. iii) If you were asked a secret question and password during signup then you have to provide your secret question and answer. iv) If you were sent an auto generated password on signup then password will be sent to your email address.

Before creating your resume for the first time, please remember the following: i) Keep all your Educational documents near you. ii) Take out all the experience documents before starting. iii) Reconfirm all the Names, designation and contact numbers of the people you want to give as reference.
 
How do I edit my resume?
 
To edit your resume, please follow these steps: i) Please SignIn to your BrightSpyre account. ii) Select the link that says Update Resume from the home page. iii) Choose Edit to edit the desired resume. iv) Select the section you want to edit. v) When you are done with the particular section, Click Save.
 
How do I remove my resume?
 
To permanently remove your resume, please follow these steps: i) Please SignIn to your BrightSpyre account. ii) Select the Update Resume link from the menu on your homepage. iii) Choose the Delete option to remove the desired resume. iv) Click Ok to confirm the deletion. v) Repeat step 3 and 4 to delete other resumes.
 
Do I have to re-type my resume for different jobs?
 
You can use the Duplicate feature to copy your resume. For example, if you are applying for some other job that requires some minor alterations in your resume then just duplicate your resume and make those changes. This will not affect your previous resume.
 
What does it mean by “Make Resume Un-searchableâ€‌?
 
You can also make your resume private by marking it as unsearchable. Private resumes will not be searchable by the employers searching the BrightSpyre database. However if you have applied for a job then the concerned employer can view all your information which you have specified in the resume irrespective of the status of the resume, i-e, searchable or unsearchable.
 
What is the maximum limit on the entries in the resume section?
 
The maximum limit on the entries in the resume section is five. This allows you to showcase multiple skills to achieve general progression in your professional career.
 
Can I upload my resume in some other format or do I have to follow the normal procedure?
 
You can not upload your resume in some other format because following the normal procedure allows all the resumes to be in a standard format and it is much easier and helpful for the Employers to shortlist and select candidate having similar resume formats.
 
What should be the title of my resume?
 
When you apply for a post then the first thing that appears at the employer’s end during short listing is the title of the resume. So, we suggest that the title of the resume should be according to the job description but on top of that it should reflect your qualification.
 
Can I specify more then one level of education in the Education section?
 
You can specify all your degree levels in the Education section. Just describe one level of education at a time and click “Save and Add another Educationâ€‌. The hierarchy of your educational level should be from top to bottom, i-e, highest level of Education should be specified first and then the rest.
 
What should be the Company Name for the non- commercial projects in the Projects section?
 
You need not to specify the Company Name for non-commercial projects. For Example, if you are adding your Degree Project in the Project Section then you can specify Degree Project in the Company Name field.
 
What is Role in the Project Section?
 
The Role field specifies the part you played in the team during the project. Basically you have to define what your major responsibility/designation during the project. For example, you can be a Quality Engineer, Project Manager, Developer, Accountant etc.
 
What should I specify in the Additional Info section?
 
You can specify any other information, which has not been covered in the previous steps, in this section. For example, you can specify your personal achievements or you can write about your extra curricular activities. This helps the employer to know about your personal attitude.

A ticket is an integral part of our Support System for your help. It can be any question, query or problem which you think is troublesome and you need our assistance in that matter. A unique number is assigned to your query for tracking purposes and you can always refer that number while corresponding with BrightSpyre.
 
How can I submit a ticket?
 
To submit a ticket, please follow these steps: i) From our homepage, please follow the FeedBack link at the top. ii) Click on Add ticket button. iii) If you are Signed In then all your information will be filled. iv) Otherwise you will have to provide your name and email address so that we can contact you back. v) Fill in the Subject and the Description of the problem. vi) Click Submit.
 
How would I receive the ticket response?
 
After the submission of ticket, our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. Your ticket response will be delivered to your email address. You can also view your ticket response in the View Closed section.

You can keep track of all the applied jobs by using the Application History feature. To check your application history, please follow these steps: i) Please SignIn to your BrightSpyre account. ii) Select the Application History link on the left side of your homepage. A list with Job Title, Company Name, Resume Title, and Cover Letter along with Application time will be displayed for all the applied jobs.
 
My Application History does not list anything.
 
Application History as its name implies keeps the record of all the applied application along with some other details. If you have not applied for any job then your Application History section will be empty.
 

Update Profile Issues

How do I update my personal information?
 
To update your personal information, please follow these steps: i) Please SignIn to your BrightSpyre account. ii) Select the Update Profile link on the left of your homepage. iii) Make the required changes and click Update. iv) A message will be displayed on the top saying “Updated successfullyâ€‌.

How do I upload my photograph?
 
To upload your photograph, please follow these steps: i) Please SignIn to your BrightSpyre account. ii) Select the Upload photo link from the menu on your homepage. iii) Click on the button that says Update. iv) Click Browse to look for the specific photograph you want to upload v) After that click Upload to upload your photograph.
 
What is the size limit of the photograph?
 
The maximum size limit allowed for the photograph is 10 Kbytes (2inches * 1.7 inches). File formats accepted are .jpg, .jpeg and .gif.

To search for the jobs on our website, please follow the steps: i) Go to our website which is http://www.BrightSpyre.com. ii) Specify the type of job you are looking for in the field and click Search. iii) To enhance your search and obtain maximum results, please confine your search. iv) Choose the category according to your skills. v) Then provide keywords to get specific results. For Example, Suppose I am looking for stay at home job and my expertise is in Technical Writing. Then If I only supply â€کTechnical writer’ as search query then I will get a list of available jobs. But if I choose an appropriate category and supply the keyword like â€کat home’ then my list will be much shorter and specific.

Recruitment of candidates is a lengthy and complicated process. While waiting for any response from employer’s end, please make sure that, i) You properly qualified for the job. ii) The job date is closed because the short listing of candidates starts after that.
