Experience:  Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Marketing. Experience working in the Agriculture or embellished textile sectors a plus. International donor experience in program implementation a plus.   

Education:  Masters in Marketing from renowned local or international university a must, minor studies in business development preferred.

Skills required: Proficiency in spoken and written English a must.  Knowledge of MS office a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Manager).

Station of Work: Lahore (with extensive traveling to clusters)

Reporting to: Director Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing team in the implementation of marketing programs that achieve the objective of reaching 120,000 primarily women beneficiaries within 4 years by increasing their incomes.
  • Responsible for documentation, management information systems, market research, and database management
  • Support Marketing team in project proposal development
  • Support to Marketing team in program related reporting including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Coordinated between Marketing Team and Value-Chain Finance Team on schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and logistics
