Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum - BA completion at university level with At least 2 years working experience as a reporting assistant / M&E officer (or position with equivalent reporting responsibilities),
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Pashto,
- Experience with database software (i.e. Access or SPSS).
Job description and Responsibilities:
- Compile comprehensive final project evaluations reports based on information retrieved from the database.
- Coordinate with M&E field staff to obtain field data pertinent to each project to be included in Final Evaluation Reports.
- Analyze data received from the field for the purpose of summarizing key information in Field Evaluation Reports.
- Draft project specific M&E plans to be included in grant development.
- Track and organize Site Visit Notes received from the field for easy access during final evaluations.
- Support the M&E Manager and Supervisory in the collection of additional information from the field as required.
- Work respectfully, cooperatively, equally, and fairly with people within and outside of the organization.
