Summary:

This position will provide general day-to-day support for office work and perform responsibilities related to all documentation and filing of office records smoothly on timely manner. This position will be based in Karachi office and will reports to Director Finance and Administartion/ HR.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance of general administrative files including all internal and external correspondence, contracts, and appropriate subject files.
  • Filing and documentation of departmental files whenever required
  • Scanning of documents and maintaining the electronic data
  • Filing of all documents and folders for closing of the project
  • Preparing of recruitment files
  • Scanning of documents and files
  • Collection and filing of Time Sheets on monthly basis.
  • Dispatching of Medical claims to Insurance company
  • Maintaining and updating Personnel files of all staff
  • Record keeping and documentation of all files
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive files.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Key skills and Experience required

  • University/College graduate in relevant field
  • Having 2 to 3 years’ experience related to documentation and data management with similar role and responsibility
  • Computer proficiency for managing electronic filing.
