Summary:

This position will provide general day-to-day support for office work and perform responsibilities related to all record keeping, documentation and filing of office records smoothly on timely manner. This position will be based in Karachi office and will reports to Director Finance and Administration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance of all departmental files including all internal and external correspondence, contracts, and appropriate subject files.
  • Filing and documentation of other department’s files whenever required
  • Scanning of documents and maintaining the electronic data system
  • Filing of all documents and folders for closing of the project with proper headings and tags.
  • Data storage and preservation will be handled
  • Data security management (access, erasure, security, privacy) will be ensured
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive files.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Key skills and Experience required

  • University/College graduate in relevant field
  • Having 2 to 3 years’ experience related to documentation and data management with similar role and responsibility
  • Computer proficiency for managing electronic filing.
