JOB PURPOSE:
Office assistant is responsible to assist Admin department & Training Centre, which mainly general administration and hostel management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeping and maintaining requisition and bill along with necessary voucher / Support.
- Proper record keeping and maintaining file & folders in hard copy for each activity.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks.
- Facilitate the photocopy of all official documents from each department.
- Timely follow and purchase the training material for practical trainings.
- Purchasing training material for trainees.
- Time to time follow-up the building maintenance .
- Timely depositing all utility bills into bank.
- Responsible to prepare requisition for purchase of items and other work .
- Hostel management.
- Responsible for daily hostel attendance.
- Responsible for boarding and pick and drop of students.
- Maintain students record.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
- Graduate
- Good communication skill
- Two-year relevant work experience.
