JOB PURPOSE:

Office assistant is responsible to assist Admin department & Training Centre, which mainly general administration and hostel management.

 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keeping and maintaining requisition and bill along with necessary voucher / Support.
  • Proper record keeping and maintaining file & folders in hard copy for each activity.
  • Maintain vehicle logbooks.
  • Facilitate the photocopy of all official documents from each department.
  • Timely follow and purchase the training material for practical trainings.
  • Purchasing training material for trainees.
  • Time to time follow-up the building maintenance .
  • Timely depositing all utility bills into bank.
  • Responsible to prepare requisition for purchase of items and other work . 
  • Hostel management.
  • Responsible for daily hostel attendance.
  • Responsible for boarding and pick and drop of students.
  • Maintain students record.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate 
  • Good communication skill
  • Two-year relevant work experience.
