Manager (Drilling)

Qualification:

• M.Sc / B.Sc (Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering)

Experience:

• Minimum 20 years working experience in drilling operations.
• Candidate should have experience to manage and coordinate drilling and completion of oil and gas wells and / or remedial drilling work involving contract drilling and completion crews.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of drilling fluids.

Skills:

• Manages drilling rig schedules, provides input in setting drilling objectives.
• Identify critical issues and introducing new concepts in drilling operations.
• Should demonstrate skills in the use of drilling and completion engineering techniques and practices of the field.
• Must have full knowledge of drilling and completion engineering theories and principles.
• An ideal candidate should also have high degree of initiative and independent judgment and strong oral and written communication skills.
