An International NGO requires services of a consulting firm / individual to conduct End of Project Evaluations of its two projects. The projects were implemented in KP and Punjab and the consultancy firm / individual will be required to travel to these areas for conducting the evaluations.
Submission of proposals:
Qualified and interested parties are requested to submit the following
- Cover Letter signed by responsible official of the consultancy firm / individual not more than one page
- Detailed Technical Proposal: a proposal not more than 4-5 pages (excluding Annexes) including
- Introduction: A short overview of the assignment as understood by the bidding firm and a brief statement of overall technical approach
- Sampling strategy, rationale, methodology for data collection, analysis proposed approach for evaluation
- Team members their roles and involvement along with their profiles
- Assignment Schedule
- Detailed budget for the assignments
