Relevant Experience:

Master’s degree in Project Management, Facility Management, Operations management preferred  

2-4 years of experience in relevant field.

Job Description:

  • Track, monitor and report to DFM (Director Facility Management) on a daily basis progress and issues at the facility management level
  • Liaison and communicate with all Office Managers as well as other staff as required on a need basis (at least once a week)
  • Troubleshoot matters related to Facility Management through real-time coordination at HQ level with Security teams, IT teams, Finance teams, Maintenance teams, Operations teams and Human Resource teams
  • Carry out quarterly visits of all sites and follow strict reporting mechanism i.e. sharing of pre-monitoring agenda, schedule, post-monitoring report plus follow up where necessary
  • Quarterly visits should include sitting with all staff including support teams in order to hear their issues, challenges and accordingly reach a solution at HQ level in order to maintain and sustain staff satisfaction and motivation 
  • Responsible for sharing of HQ initiatives and updates so staff is well apprised of new steps taken and new policies introduced
  • Ensure strict adherence at facilities of RIZ Standard Operating Procedures with zero compromise
  • Create new initiatives and monitoring plans with Director Facility Management in order to effectively manage facilities keeping in view international standards and good practices
  • Coordinate schedules and special event operations for the purpose of ensuring required facilities operations
  • Develop long and short term maintenance plans/programs for the purpose of ensuring resources are effectively utilized
  • Participate in meetings/seminars for personal growth and knowledge in the subject matter
  • Recommend new hires, promotions, termination and transfers for the purpose of maintaining staffing needs and productivity of the work force
  • Researches new products, laws and regulation for the purpose of recommending contracts and maintaining services
  • Performs other related duties at HQ level, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work-unit
