Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Computerised Fleet Management.
  • Allocation of Vehicles against user requirement.
  • Writing/checking of daily log sheets of vehicle.
  • Prepare Mileage and fuel statement.
  • Checking& processing bills of hired/contractor vehicles.
  • Record keeping of drivers’ attendance, overtime and messing allowance.
  • Maintain filing record of Motor Shed.
  • Coordination with user department and drivers.
  • Arrange renewal of annual tokens, vehicle fitness and route permits.
