Job Description:
1. Assist Party Chief in all aspects of seismic unit.
2. Maintain the health and welfare of all crew personnel with the help of catering camp support staff (Sub- Contractor)
3. Ensure camp standards are kept at a high hygienic level by supervising camp staff & catering staff (Messing system)
4. Verify and report on benefits payments
5. To maintain close liaison with Government officers and Police/Army commanders to achieve good relationships and speedy resolution of any disputes.
6. Supervise completion of the payroll & review the payroll reports
7. Conduct regular audits along with Party Chief/HSEA to reduce loss in all categories (Quality and Environment as well as Safety and Health)
8. On a weekly basis submit requisition orders (submitted by other departments).
9. Distribute deliveries of requested items as they are received.
10. Regularly seek feedback from the people and sections that receive data or products from your section (Field Logistics Support)
11. Help maintain the section leave rota and ensure a good hand over takes place that leaves the person returning from absence / leave fully briefed
12. Be actively involved in Emergency exercises.
13. Manage the filing, storage and security of documents

15. Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment Maintain insurance
16. Supervise the store record (in & out of material)
17. Manage and update all kind of documentation related the NOC and license of Explosive use
18. Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents
19. Preserving office records, gathering information & organizing diaries
20. Conducting employee orientation
21. Updating office manuals and brochures
22. Attending meetings, functions and events
23. Handling guests and clients
24. Regular inspection of food store along with crew HSE and doctors
25. Supervise camp boss in maintaining good living & basic needs for crew staff
