Education

Master Degree in Social Sciences or Business Management

Experience

Minimum 05 years of experience in the social sector of research and report writing

Major Terms of Reference

•    Conduct primary and secondary research;
•    Undertake critical analysis of multiple reports as and when required;
•    Prepare multiple types of reports e.g. research, progress, case studies, updates, manuals etc.
•    Data cleaning, coding, analysis and management;
•    Undertake coordination and communication with partners on regular basis;
•    Prepare solicited and unsolicited proposals according to the community development needs.
•    Review and improve multiple reports written by other staff members for strengthening language, presentation and lay out for better comprehension.
