Job Description: 

1. Responsible for the overall administration of office.

2. The incumbent shall be responsible for all training procurements and logistic arrangements.

3. Hiring of trainers for the projects and share the data with Country Office Islamabad.

4. Maintain Staff Documentation and proper filling and share it with the Country office islamabad.

5. The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate with Core office Islamabad regarding handling of petty cash, stipend distribution and other financial matters.

6.  Procurement of items as per purchase requisition and according to procurement policy.

7.   Collect quotation from vendors through RFQ & make comparative statement of sealed quotations.

8.   Follow up of vendors payment & record of Assigned assets.

9.   Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
