Job Description of Admin Assistant:

  1. Be responsible for all the administrative functions of the project under the supervision of Hub Coordinator
  2. Schedule internal & external meetings and appointments
  3. Draft minutes of meetings of all meetings and their follow up with relevant persons
  4. Assist Hub Coordinator in arrangement of trainings and workshops including logistics and various event management arrangements and subsequent record keeping including workshop reports
  5. Assist Hub Coordinator in field surveys, mapping exercises and any other field work as and when required.
  6. Prepare and maintain master files of project activities and reports
  7. Be responsible for office security and other office maintenance and service agreements; Keep a database of vendors for provision of services during project events.

Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, IT-CS, Public Administration, Economics, Social Science having 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Local candidates having spoken proficiency in Sindhi language with good interpersonal & communication skills will be preferred. The candidates should be proficient in use of MS Office suite.
