the Anticipated Pakistan Sindh
Enabling Environment Activity

Chemonics is seeking professionals for the anticipated USAID Sindh Enabling Environment Activity. Pakistan SEEA will engage with the private sector and Government of Sindh to improve enabling environment for agribusiness development through policy reforms formulation and improvements. The activity's ultimate goal is to strengthen institutional capacity building for sustainable policymaking beyond the project. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people in Pakistan and around the world.

• Business Enabling Environment
• Private Sector Engagement/Investment Promotion
• Advocacy for Reforms
• Supporting Institutional Capacity
• Public Awareness and Communications
• Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
• Agribusiness
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Operations and Procurement
• Finance and Accounting
• Dairy, Livestock, and Fisheries Value Chain Experts

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant technical area; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressively more responsible work experience
• Proven managerial/supervisory experience (for some positions)
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Experience with USAID and other donor projects preferred
• Experience working with the Sindh government, private sector, and international donors in Pakistan
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
• Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Urdu strongly preferred
