TENDER INVITATION

An International Non-Profit Organization working in Pakistan to bring lasting changes in the lives of children would like to invite Proposals for Minor Repair and Maintenance of 8 Health Facilities for Sukhur.

   Details are As Follows:

.Following supporting documents should be submitted along with proposal.

2. Full name, permanent address, telephone, email and fax number and company profile (inside the envelope).                                    
3. Registration with Government Department
4. Proof of financial soundness of the firm/company
5. Income Tax and GST Registration,
6. Affidavit that the firm has been not blacklisted by any Government/Semi Government Department or UN/ INGO’s.
7. Only GST Registered and GST filer’s firms can participate. Non GST Registered and Non GST filer’s proposals will not be considered.
8. Proposals must be submitted at below mentioned address, clearly mentioning the subject : Tender for Minor repair and Maintenance of Health facilities, Sukhur.

Proposal & Tender Documents should be submitted either through email [email protected]  and [email protected]  or delivered sealed through a sealed offer with the Tender Title wtitten from outside to WV office: House # 217, Broad way Street, Green Avenue, Park road,  Chak Shehzad-Islamabad by 16^th July 2018 not later than16:00.
