CHIP Training & Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. (CTC) is seeking for qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Position of Project Coordinator (Islamabad Based), Regional Project Coordinator (Karachi Based) & Master Trainers (Hyderabad & Sukkur)

Requirements for Pr. Coordinator (Isb):

• Master Degree in Business or related Field
• Having minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing business related project particularly retail outlets, managing stock, sales and ensuring control of retail outlets
• Has the ability to manage retail outlets and the retail team handling lubricants and related services
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, comprehensively control assets and record their movement (using databases), meet deadlines etc.
• Should be able to use data tools to monitor working hours, shifts of staff and their plans, sales, stock, margins and other business dimensions as well as generate regular reports
• Will coordinate with clients and other stakeholders regularly for regarding their requirements
• A team player, able to communicate with teams, accept challenging situation and ready to travel extensively

Requirements for Regional Coordinator (KHI):

• Master Degree in Business or related Field
• Having minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing retail outlets, managing stock and sales 
• Has the ability to manage retail outlet and the retail team particularly lubricants, automobile filters and related services
• Should be proficient in MS Excel and other data base systems and managing large stock and sale sheets, ensuring daily reconciliation
• Will be managing one large retail outlet / Lube shop at a prime location in Karachi
• Should be strong controller, be able to manage team and shifts, and produce daily reports in a reconciled manner

Requirements for Master Trainer (Sukkar & Hyderabad)

• Master Degree in Social sciences 
• Having 3-5 years of experience in training and capacity building related Fields
• Can travel extensively to Petroleum sites /stations of one of the largest oil companies of Pakistan to deliver HSE and other related trainings to the retail site / petrol filling stations’ staff 
• Be able to engage with the staff of retail sites / petrol stations for bringing about positive changes in the staff as well as the site in terms of HSE, Customer handling and other similar aspect
• Be able to use mobile apps for data collection and reporting
• Have a strong personality to be able to manage situations and challenges
