Relevant Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in field of Admin & Finance.

Working experience of Non Profit Organization specially in Art and craft will be preferred. 

 

Job Description:

  • Assist Head Office team with preparation of the field and workshop budgets.
  • To prepare and reconcile advance and bank statements.
  • Processing payments and keeping record of all the assets.
  • Effectively responding the queries.
  • Maintaining financials records and safeguarding of documents.
  • Maintaining fixed assets and inventory records at field.
  • Liaise with the banks and prepare bank reconciliation statements for field bank accounts.
  • Managing petty cash records.
  • Process expenses sheets and vendor invoices for payments.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records for workshop specific expenses.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are in place.
  • Making travel arrangement for staff and visitors.
  • To monitor and maintain staff mileage records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for the organisation’s staff and visitors.
  • Establishing and maintaining filing system as appropriate in agreement with line manager.
  • To maintain office equipment and liaise with suppliers regarding maintained and suppliers.
  • Any other related assignments assigned by the management.
