Executive (Logistics and Operation)

Qualification: MBA / Masters in Supply Chain, Logistics or related subject.

Experience: Minimum 03 years direct experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Large Scale Transport Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Assistant Manager (Logistics and Operation) with a focus to manage end-to-end transport requirements for Bulk LPG.
• Work collaboratively with Bottling Plants, Materials, Suppliers, and Field personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor regulations related to logistics, understand their impacts to operations and work with operations to stay in compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining regulations related documents and ensure renewals in time.
• Ensure Maintenance of Bowser Fleet as per standardized policies and procedures.
• Assisting in commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Undertaking KPI analysis to develop continuous process improvements.
• Effectively managing and liaising with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Ensuring compliance with Company and industry HSE policies and practice.
• Ad hoc duties, as required.
