Job Description:

Project Lead for Advocacy, Campaign, Implementation and Management of ‘Strategic Partnership- Women and Marginalized Groups, Natural Resource Management and Peace-building: Unlocking the Potential’ project in Hyderabad.

  • Liaison with stakeholders at local and provincial level in Sindh;
  • Liaison and coordination with SPO National Centre to all aspects of project, including implementation, finance, monitoring and evaluation, communications;
  • To design and implement influence and advocacy campaigns at policy level, outreach and to achieve outcomes of project;
  • Continuously review and analysis of success, hindrances, challenges, risk management and mitigation in projects;
  • Provide support to mobilization and Regional Head Hyderabad to achieve projects objectives;
  • To coordinate with SPO National Centre, Regional Head Hyderabad and within SPO Hyderabad office departments for projects progress review;
  • To ensure workplan is implemented on time as decided and communicate any deviations from workplan;
  • To oversee financial management of projects and keep track of variance (under/overspending) in coordination with SPO Hyderabad team;
  • Timely and quality report writing and submission to SPO National Centre programme focal person according to donor requirements;
  • Manage media clips and broadcasting record, pictures archives of project;
  • Carry out all duties in compliance with organizational and donor policies;
  • Provide supervision in event implementation and management;
  • Any other duties, assignments assigned by supervisor.

Other: 

  • Adhere to SPO policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values.
  • Participate in the SPO programme planning and review meeting if needed.
  • Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by the Supervisor.
  • Carry out any other project relevant activities as assigned by the supervisor.
