Line Management

The Fleet and Logistics Coordinator reports to and works under the supervision of the Office Manager and Head of Operations and Security.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

  • Manage driver’s duty roaster, timesheet, and overtimes.
  • Manage vehicle service and maintenance record on monthly basis.
  • Update the vehicle fuel sheet on weekly basis.
  • Manage international arrival sheet on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure all vehicles are being maintained, and that the drivers are following ASO’s transport policies.

Office Administration

  • Manage day to day office purchases (refreshments, stationery, and office groceries).
  • Maintain vendor’s database along with prequalification forms.
  • Ensure and maintain office inventory and fixed asset registers aligning with project and company policy.
  • Assist Office Manager in the procurement process for collecting quotations.
  • Coordinate for repairs and maintenance of office and the company’s staff houses in Islamabad.
  • Other duties as specified by the Line Manager, Project Manager, and Director.
  • Provide logistical support to staff for meeting and workshop including refreshments, attendance sheet, periderms and printing material whenever required.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Qualification: Must be Graduate.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years working experience in Fleet coordination, Office, and Asset Management. Ex-Military personnel will be preferred.
  • Required Skills:
    • Good written and verbal use of the English language (this will be tested during the selection process).
    • Good in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) especially Excel.
