Relevant Experience:

  • Masters degree in social sciences
  • Minimum 2- 5 years of working experience in development field
  • Have a strong commitment to community participation and empowerment. Have sensitivity to gender issues
  • Lobbying and campaigning skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy is must with excellent typing skills. Proven skills of participatory methods
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written in Urdu, local languages and English (including reports, proposals and submissions)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to the diversity of regional culture and culturally and diverse community groups

Job Description:

  • She is responsible for delivering session in community.
  • Facilitating activities the build the capacity of communities on women economic empowerment.
  • Responsible for overall event organization and management of WEE.
  • Reporting of program activities to his supervisor and develop case studies.
  • Child messages collection, compilation and submission.
  • Working in collaboration with staff and district education and health.
  • Providing statistical data , reports and planning information for internal and external dissemination.

 Other: 

  • Adhere to SPO policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values
  • Prepare annual/quarterly work plans and reports
  • Participate in the programme planning and review meeting at least once a year to review the past achievements future planning
  • Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by SPO
  • Carry out any other activities as assigned by the supervisor
