The U.S.-Pakistan Partnership for Agricultural Market Development (AMD) is participating in the Dawn Pakistan Food & Agri Expo 2018 to held in Lahore on May 03-04, 2018. The project seeks to hire the services of an Event Management Company to help with the booth display. 

Date: May 03-04, 2018                                                                          

Location: Expo Center, Lahore

Evaluation Criteria:

    • Prior experience in setting up stalls including stall display;
    • Company to be based in Lahore;
    • Share pictures/portfolio of previous stall displays

Requirements:

    • Provide one LCD screen with stand and USB port (42 inches);
    • Provide one laptop with HDMI cable, VCL/Media Windows Player, and MS Office installed;
    • Provide one double-door vertical display chiller (for meat) approx. 7x4 ft  for two days
    • Provide one vertical display chiller (for meat) approx. 6x3 ft for two days
    • Photography with at least 150 color-corrected pictures;
    • Design and produce 06 cut-outs of 3*4 feet dimensions)  with stands– samples will be shared;
    • Provide 02 personnel as booth attendants;
    • Responsible for decoration and display for AMD booth/stall including display items/props (e.g. innovative baskets, shelves, racks, bowls etc.).
    • Design & Print 03 standees (6x3 ft)
