Education

Master Degree in Social Sciences or Business Management

Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the social sector of research, coordination, report writing

Terms of Reference

•     Develop a resource mobilization strategy that guarantees legal and socially responsible fundraising, ensures transparent disclosure and prevents corrupt practices and integrate it with CHIP’s annual plan
•     Undertake reporting and documentation tasks for inclusion in publications, outreach materials, newsletter, website etc.
•     Design and undertake desk and primary researches and manage knowledge management system of CHIP.
•     Lead Communication work in CHIP e.g. finalization of progress reports, promotional materials such as case studies, best practices, trainer manuals and events’ reports etc.
•     Data Management
•     Business development through solicited and unsolicited proposals
•     Event management
