Position Objectives:
|
Restoring family links of the persons separated due to emergencies/ disasters and to provide them the RFL services, referring them to the appropriate institutions/ organizations, who may be able to fulfilled their needs.
|
Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
|
|
Implement, supervise, and monitor the program activities in the province.
|
|
Plan, organize, and conduct capacity building trainings/workshops for PRCS staff and volunteers.
|
|
Liaison and networking, with government and non-governmental organizations.
|
|
Prepare regular, timely and accurate progress reports e.g Monthly Narrative, Financial & monitoring reports and share with all concerned at the PRCS NHQ.
|
|
Conduct RFL activities in case of any Disaster/ Armed conflict.
|
|
Provide coaching and supervision whenever needed to the reporting staff and volunteers involved in the implementation of RFL activities.
|
|
Setting priorities and deadlines, organizing the work, assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring achievements and performances.
|
|
Keeping PRCS superiors duly and timely informed of the activities or/and any operational development.
|
|
Ensure that the activities are carried out in line with the allocated budget.
|
|
Keep accurate records of activities.
|
|
Timely share the RFL cases follow ups, reports, minutes of meeting with NHQ.
|
|
Participating in the RFL coordination and planning meetings and propose changes for improvements if needed.
|
|
Identifying and maintaining contacts with relevant stakeholders.
|
|
Build and maintain contacts and represent the PRCS with relevant authorities, explain RFL activities in the region and provide necessary information when needed.
|
|
Any other task as may be assigned by the Management.
|
Education
|
- Masters/16 years education in social sciences or in related field from HEC recognized
Institution/ University.
|
Experience
|
- Minimum 03 years working experience in programme planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
|
Skills/Knowledge
|
- Good command in English and Urdu written and spoken.
- Good computer skills ( MS Office, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of the geographical and social setting of Punjab province.
- Managing Team work during emergencies.
