Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Graduate having 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with local politics and election system of Pakistan
• Experience of working in election observation projects and familiarity with citizen groups and / or volunteer organizations in the project district.
• Pakistani national fluent in written and spoken English, Urdu and local language
• Proficiency in use of computers, including online applications and excellent typing skills.
• Habit for reading newspaper
• Having personal laptop for necessary usage
• Local resident with adequate knowledge of project geographic area

Terms of Reference:

• To implement the project activities during pre and post-election phases
• To assist the District Coordinator in project Implementation and supervise team for conducting various task
• To observe and report on different aspects of election observation using standardized forms and checklist
• To coordinate with ECP & others stockholders
• To assist Program Manager in Training & Capacity Building sessions.
• Timely reporting of each activity to Donor using online application and other prescribed means
