Rig Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: BSc / BE Mechanical Engineering from PEC Registered Institution

Experience: Minimum 05 to 08 years of experience of working on oil well drilling rigs

Skills:

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting Experience of Rotary and Stationary Equipments, like Heavy Duty Reciprocating Pumps, Air Compressor, CAT Diesel Engines, Agitators, Gear Boxes, Storage Tanks etc.
• Exposure to Drilling Rig Equipments
• Well Conversant with Industrial Codes/Standards related to Mechanical Installations
• Well Conversant with CMMS/Inventory Modules

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of Rotary and Stationary Machinery
• Installation Commissioning of related Machinery and Plants
• Establishes and Monitors Programs for Critical Equipment Analysis and Condition Monitoring Techniques
• Budget Preparation and Inventory Management for smooth operation of plants
• Maintaining Records, Documentation and Report Writing of related Equipments and Plants
• Plant Down Time Analysis
• Planning and Execution of Short term and Long term Projects
• HSE Compliance
• Conduct In-house Training of Staff
