Assistant Engineer (Process)

Qualification: DAE (Chemical)

Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 years of professional experience preferable in petro-chemical industry

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hands on Experience of operation & troubleshooting of oil Wells working, Gas sweetening plant, TEG, SRU, LPG Recovery Plants
• Crude Oil stabilization and handling in terms of production, pumping & dispatch by bowzers.
• Capable of Plant Startup/Shutdown / Emergency handling
• DCS, PLC & Historian experience & logging of operating parameters
• Capable of Operation of RO water treatment, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Dryer, Distillation tower, Gas Generators, Compressor, Cooling water system
• Good knowledge of safe working practices, HSE functions at oil fields.
• Process and occupational safety awareness
• Ensuring the SOP, Issue work permits and area preparation for hot and cold jobs
