Relevant Experience:
Ideal candidates will have 3 – 8 years’ experience in the development sector, a master’s degree, preferably in social sciences, from a reputable institution, and excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation). We will also consider fresh master’s graduates with less direct work experience, provided the applicant has demonstrated his/her interest and commitment to Pakistan’s development issues through their coursework, internship experience and / or volunteer activity. TAF/PK is calling qualified candidates for anticipated Associate (Junior) Program Officer/ Program Officer vacancies. The main responsibilities include:
Work effectively as a member of small program teams to oversee project implementation, including field visits
Undertake monitoring and supervision activities, and prepare periodic progress reports
Under supervision of team lead/coordinator, engage and manage services of consultants and contractors
Liaise with implementing partner organizations, including to support their capacity building and provide technical and strategic advice in line with project objectives
Cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships and communication lines with relevant government institutions/officials
