Litigation Team Manager/Coordinator

Location: Karachi

Requirements

  • LLB from a well reputed institution. LLM or any further qualification will be an additional advantage.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant litigation or legal management experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to helping under privileged and marginalized communities individuals.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. To advise, strategize and assist in managing all the legal matters of the firm.
  2. To coordinate with clients and LBL team members to ensure quality of service.
  3. To prepare and review legal opinions, legal notices, suits, petitions, and interlocutory applications.
  4. To liaise with other organizations and build linkages with them.
  5. To take lead on the administration and management of the firm.
  6. To instruct or assist other team members in all litigation matter whether civil or criminal in nature, and to monitor and regularly update the partners on the status of the litigation.
  7. To manage donor and partner reporting.

Required Skills: Well organized with an ability to work independently. Good written, communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English and Urdu Language. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, Internet and Email Applications.
