Introduction & Background:
Tabeer--- Consolidating Democracy in Pakistan (CDIP) with Implementation Partner Hashoo Foundation is planning to organize training workshops for election and polling staff in Hazara Division for upcoming general Election-2018.
Hashoo Foundation seeks applications for the position of District Training Coordinator in Hazara Division.
District Training Coordinator Position required for fixed-term 05 Months (April to August)
Relevant Experience:
- Master’s degree in related discipline with at least 3-6 years’ experience in Political Science and Civic Education related projects or other relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Electoral Process of Pakistan and Election systems.
- Strong supervisory and management skills including direct supervision of professional and support staff.
- Prior experience of working with similar projects will be preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Able to produce high-quality work under pressure and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Job Description of DTCs:
- Support the Training Coordinator, TC & Regional Training Coordinator, RTCs — Tabeer on all training matters including planning, implementation, and oversight of training activities.
- Facilitate TC & RTC — Tabeer in ensuring effective management, implementation of all training sessions as per work plan.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders involved in training activities.
- Collect and compile district data related to training and finalize training plan with DEC.
- Coordinate with TC & RTC — Tabeer and keep up to date with training materials and with changes and developments in training plan.
- Ensure effective organization training sessions in respective divisions/districts Maintaining the attendance record of training sessions and hand over to RTC — Tabeer.
- Producing a training report on specified formats, comprehensive training report of each tier and submitting the report to Training firm and TC & RTC — Tabeer.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
