Sungi Development Foundation a leading development and humanitarian organization in Pakistan along with its partner SEBCON Private Limited, an Islamabad based development research organization, needs young, competent and active male and female staff having experience of monitoring & evaluation and familiarity with basic computer skills preferably Android based data collection, from all districts of Baluchistan and Punjab.

Qualification & Experience required:

• Graduate or Post Graduate
• Experience of undertaking 7-8 monitoring/evaluation/data collection assignments
• 3-4 years of experience
• Local having residence particularly in city
• Familiar with local geography & places
• Able to communicate in local language
• Experience of data collection on Tablet PCs
• Able to mobilize between places at short notice

Major Responsibilities will be:

• Attend training workshops at Islamabad/Karachi or Quetta
• Visit different places for Monitoring
• Real time data collection and dissemination
• Coordinate with fellow team members
