A UK based company is seeking candidates for its ongoing project in Pakistan. Applications are invited from experienced and qualified individuals for the position of Personal Assistant.

Job brief:

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Chairman’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support Chairman, which will vary according to the sector and to the chairman’s remit.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Any other task assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
