POST: System / Network Administrator and Web Developer
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer System Engineering
• Relevant IT / Network Certifications will be preferred
• Min 5 Years of relevant experience
EXPERTISE:
• Proficient in Internet Networking, Network Security, Network Elements Configuration and Management and Troubleshooting.
• Installation and maintenance of Operating Systems such as Windows and Linux (Popular Flavors), Internet applications such as Email Server, Proxy, NAP/PAT, DHCP, Domain Auth. etc.
• Web technologies, databases, familiarity with programming languages like PHP, Python, CGI scripting.
• Knowledge of creating website layouts, user interfaces including HTML, CSS, XML etc.
• Experience in ERP systems and cyber security will be an added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• As Network Administrator, administer IT infrastructure of USF Office that consists of NTUs, Routing and Layer 2/3 Switching Equipment, LAN, WAN, Firewall and WiFi Network. Responding to faults and taking corrective actions, communication and engagement with services providers.
• As System Administrator, administer Servers Hardware, Software and Services of USF Office that consists of MS HyperV, Domain, Auth, e-Office, Email etc.
• Maintenance of computer terminals, laptops, telephone exchange, photocopiers, printers, Faxes and other IT infrastructure equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• USF internal Web Information Portal development and maintenance with backend connectivity with information database. Layout, Design, Implementation, Testing, Staging and final application.
