Executive (Legal)

Qualification:

• LLB Honors Degree from a HEC Recognized and Reputable University
• License of Practice in Lower Courts and High Courts in Pakistan

Experience:

• 03 to 05 years of corporate/commercial law experience with reputable law firm/public or private organization

Skills:

• Communication Skills in English and Urdu (Both verbal and written)
• Strong Negotiation, Analytical and Legal Research Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling litigation issues and maintaining litigation record
• Effective coordination with external counsels
• Advisory on corporate and civil matters
• Regulatory compliance
• Review and drafting of contracts, tender documents and ancillary documents
• Interpretation of laws, rules, regulations and policies of the government and provisions of contracts
