Job Description:

Responsible for cost effective utilization of resources.

Responsible to ensure preventive maintenance requirements are performed for all facility equipment.

Responsible for the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote cost effective procurement.

Responsible for managing official faxes, emails, postal mails, phone calls and reception area.

Responsible to manage company's residential area and parking area.

Responsible to ensure that security measures are up to the mark.

Responsible to ensure that fire prevention and safety programs are properly in place.

Responsible to ensure daily work activities; organize, prioritize, and assign work, monitor status of work in progress and inspect completed work; will consult with assigned staff, assist with complex/problem situations, and provide technical expertise.

Responsible to ensure cleanliness of work site and to co-ordinate maintenance activities with other departments.

Responsible for building maintenance.

Responsible for managing and overseeing employees' store, kitchen store and company's transport.

Responsible to ensure quality utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are made available at all times.

Responsible to ensure equipment installed in the building (ACs, water dispensers, Furniture etc.) are properly maintained.

Responsible to deal with all vendors.

Any other worked assigned by Manager.
