Role of Maintenance department is very crucial for the smooth running of plant operations. It is responsible to plan,
organize & execute all maintenance activities related to mechanical of whole plant. Objective is to ensure
performance & reliability of equipment to perform at full capacity. Maintenance department has to focus to
achieve zero losses, & zero failures to achieve maximum over all equipment efficiency of plant equipment.
The department plays an important role in managing the operational cost of the plant. They have to plan
& budget annual maintenance expenditure, track costs on a monthly basis and ensure maintenance costs are
kept within the agreed budgets.

Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to Technician Maintainance, Assistant Technician Maintenance is responsible to implement preventive
maintenance plans and smooth production of the plant. The position requires considerable concentration &
creativity to achieve maximum overall equipment efficiency & mechanical machine efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
In which the job must deliver in order to successfully meet its purpose.
- Assist in maintenance all preprocessing equipment
- Assist in implement of Plant Maintenance plan
- Assist in development of spare parts sheet
- Assist in maintenance of Utility equipment
- Daily add progress in Log book with history
- Maintain history card of equipment’s

Job Specifications:
Key Experiences
- Knowledge Required Qualification is DAE (Mechinical) with 1 year experience of Maintenance.
- Should be able to assist in implementation of planned maintenance of Mechinical equipment.
- Be very well versed with hygiene, safety standards and process requirements of production department.
- Should have a fully operational knowledge of installation, maintenance and handling of Equipment.
- Job holder should have sound knowledge to work on Microsoft Word & Excel to make reports & worksheets of daily operations.
