IT Officer

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the IT-operations and related services, including implementation, administration, server/system monitoring and supervision of technical team in providing support services
2. Administer and manage access control, permissions, Active directory and server file structures, and other infrastructure-related services in accordance with security policies, best practices and standard procedures.
3. installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, required  applications and support to Hospital Management System
4. Managing Email infrastructure, Internet Information Server, ISA server, Routing and Remote Access.
5. Backup and Disaster recovery planning and implementation.
6. Create, track and maintain various infrastructure-related threshold, utilization and performance reports such as server/network up & down time, bandwidth, data storage and other related statistics for presentation to management.
7. Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
8. Development & Implementation of IT polices and data security and safeguarding of network.
9. Introduce and Train the Staff on the system of current IT environment including software and filing system.
10. Web site design and development
11. Identification of equipment’s for Procurement (IT related) for assessing the need for upgrading procuring.
12. Performing hands-on technical maintenance tasks on the organization’s servers, telephone cables, desktops, operating systems and software applications.
13. Must ensure that databases are complete, accurate and made available only to authorized personnel while protecting patient confidentiality
