Diabetes Program Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ÿ  University degree in public health or equivalent
• Ÿ  4 years of work experience in a similar project
• Ÿ  Diploma in Project Management would be an asset
• Ÿ  Very good command of written and spoken English and Urdu
• Ÿ  Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
• Ÿ  Ability to work on SPSS or related software
• Ÿ  Capacity to work independently and take initiatives
• Ÿ  Possession of adequate analytical and negotiation skills
• Ÿ  Sense of responsibility, organization and priorities
• Ÿ  Ability to work in team
• Ÿ  Flexibility for frequent travel

ŸRESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Assumes main responsibilities for the ICRC Diabetes Project across the Country independently, including planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation.
• Ÿ  In charge of written reporting
• Ÿ  Field and desk monitoring
• Ÿ  Liaison with key stakeholders (including Government Officials) across Pakistan
