Job Description:

 MSc-Geochemistry or equivalent with 1Year experience.

Knowledge & understanding of geochemical analyzing techniques, age, nature and components of rock, soil and other environmental samples.

Conducting sample tests and checks, including gas chromatography, carbon and isotope data, viscosity and solvent extraction.

Working with a range of specialized equipments as part of research and development projects  including mass spectrometers, microscopes and electron microscopes

Undertaking field visits to collect site samples.

Generating computer models, e.g. hydrocarbon generation, Geothermal modeling using specialist software’s.

Assistance in interpreting a wide range of data with different geochemical analysis techniques.

Providing support and assistance to mainstream geologists/ Engineers etc.

Undertaking long-range theoretical and applied research.

Giving presentations at conferences and other events.

Keen to update himself and colleagues with new geochemical analysis developments and new research techniques.

Work in collaboration with other teams, excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and can meet set deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Qualification: MSc-Geochemistry or Equivalent
 
Overall Experience: 1 Year
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/ Geophysics or equivalent with 1Year experience.
