Project Director

Job Description:

• MSc-Geology/Engineer/MEM or Equivalent Minimum 15 Years Experience
• Directly Report to CEO about projects activities.
• Ensure all the project activities delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Direct experience on lab petrophysics of formation resistivity factor/index, CEC/Co-Cw, MICP, Centrifuge, Relative permeability, NMR and on log interpretation.
• Research and development on special core analysis on relative permeability, unconventional core analysis, EOR and salt precipitation in reservoir rocks.
• QAQC core analysis and mentor SCAL core analysts.
• Shale Gas & Tight sands characterization. Experience in sedimentary, petrographic (XRD), structural studies and modeling on diagenesis of carbonate and siliclastic reservoir rocks. (Additional responsibilities for PROJECT DIRECTOR) Proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their goals.
• Demonstrated ability to direct and lead cross-functional teams. Committed to the highest level quality, safety and customer service.
