General Scope of Work:

Web and Social media personnel are the voice of companies on social and digital media through frequent presence in Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and an effective dynamic Website. A social media person is continuously generating content for the company, creating new ideas and campaigns, and measuring how effective those ideas are. They work with Knowledge and Learning teams in the group, like project implementation partners, public relations, and senior management, etc. to coordinate their campaigns with other initiatives within a company to fit in the overall public and promotional goals of the organization.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To restructure and renovate LEAD Pakistan programme website along the along the principles of ‘Web2.0’ and emerging features of ‘Web 3.0’, to ensure that it is user-driven and dynamic.
  2. Maintain website and ensure that material is current, relevant, and accurate.
  3. To develop and deliver social media optimization both in depth and across the teams and stakeholders  
  4. Stay current with social media trends and best practices in line with the approved communications and outreach policy.
  5. To constantly review and update approved content on the website.
  6. Create, develop, and manage social media content that engages, builds, and improve Organization’s image through its viewers.
  7. Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan website, blog, and social media events and activities held or will take place in near future.
  8. Monitor impact of social media campaigns and reflect through appropriate medium.
  9. Help develop, write, and edit email campaigns.
  10. Keep current on latest web and social media trends through continuous training.
  11. Managing Voices’ social media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
  12. Working with vendors, including website developers and graphic designers

Professional & Qualification Requirements:

  1. Educated to Masters degree level, or equivalent in communications from a well reputed Institute
  2. Experience in the relevant field for at least 5 years.
  3. Proven experience in communications tools.
  4. A good grasp of design principles; experience of graphic manipulation (preferably Photoshop or Illustrator); web publication experience (preferably html or Content Management skills)
  5. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and communicate with colleagues at all levels of Organization.
  6. Ability to work as part of a team, on own initiative.
  7. Strong all round communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English, including editorial skills.
  8. To help prepare policies and guidelines and ensure compliance to the standards.

  2. Social Media presence
  3. Advertisement, Press release , Radio broadcast , SMS, and What’s Up campaigns
  4. Tehsil Profiles

The positions relate to a landmark project in Water in the Punjab Province.

All position required frequent travel between Islamabad & Lahore and Districts of Southern Punjab.
