Responsibilities
|
- Provide support to project manager in implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting of the project
- Conduct regular field visits and establish good working relationship with communities and local level authorities
- Work closely with the project manager on budget management, expenditures, expenditure projections related to assigned tasks.
- Networking with donors, civil society and government agencies for potential complementarities in work and identify and liaise with relevant stakeholders to facilitate project implementation as and when required.
- Communicates and liaises closely and frequently with project partners, International NGO community, government agencies and officials, parliamentarians, media and academia, including representing TAF projects at various events and meetings.
- Collect necessary data for monitoring and evaluating the project interventions
- Monitor and review project implementation regularly to assess delivery, identify challenges and bottlenecks and explore practical solutions.
- Coordinate and ensure implementation of all activities on M&E.
- Periodically monitor progress against agreed indicators.
- Assist in generating regular quarterly reports and a report for funds tranche release

Job Specification

Qualification Required:
|
Masters degree in relevant discipline/social sciences or equivalent
|
Experience Required:
|
- At least 5-7 years’ experience of project cycle management
- Familiarity with developing project detailed implementation plan and budget variance analysis
- Deep familiarity with development issues in Pakistan.
- Deep understanding with issues facing the religious minorities
- Good understanding of the working dynamics of ministry of religious affairs and ministry of human rights
- Good communication and coordination skills

Computer/other skills required:

Good command of MS Office
|

- Ability to undertake field visits.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Urdu
- Excellent analytical and research skills, ability to manage, read and analyze large data sets.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with a range of stakeholders especially the parliamentarians and project partners
- Ability to work in a large and diverse team of national and international staff.
- Proven cross cultural sensitivity and flexibility required
