System Development Consultant

Terms of Reference for Training & System Development Consultant

Training & System Development (T&SD) Consultant will be working under the supervision of (and will be reporting to) Work Stream Leader T&SD.

T&SD Consultant is expected to assist WSL T&SD in the following tasks:

• Co-ordination, liaison and assistance in the implementation of different systems for different functions of the relevant government organization, getting feedback for improvements.
• Preparation of budgets for the trainings and documentation of training costs
• Liaison and co-ordination with the training venue provider and relevant government organization for trainings on the systems developed.
• Supervision and documentation of trainings conducted for the capacity building events ensure correct data entry in Training Management System, and re-check the entered data.
• Regular follow-up with the persons trained for on-the-job training.
• Provide assistance in progress reporting and editing the reports.
• To provide any other support as required by the Work Stream Leader Training and System Developed.

Qualification

Master’s Degree in Management,  social sciences or M.B.A

Experience:

• At least3 -5 years’ experience of management and coordination of trainings.
• Experience of providing hand holding support.
• Experience of working in FATA or KPK is must.
