Relevant Experience:

  • University degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in related role required and overall 5 years working experience.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • English language fluency required. 

Job Description:

  • Support the project’s human resources department in coordination with the HR manual.
  • Support Human Resources Officer and Operations Coordinator.
  • Maintain HR Files with necessary documents.
  • Monitor daily attendance and keep record.
  • Provide assistance in Time Sheet tracking and processing.
  • Provide assistance in processing of leave applications.
  • Provide assistance in processing health claims and follow ups.
  • Update leave balance.
  • Weekly maintain trackers i.e. leave tracker, health tracker.
  • Assist HR Officer/Manager in conducting interview.
  • Collect and dispatched new hire documents e.g. Copy of CNIC, photographs, duly signed contract, disclosure of relationship form, bank account details, health insurance details.
  • Provide assistance in maintain personnel files.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
