Female Refugee Teachers Trainings in Loralai Under UNHCR Education Project

Taraqee foundation is implementing Education Project with the Afghan Refugees children of Loralai District, in this regard we are in process of hiring of potential Female candidates as (specific training event) consultant to uplift/develop the capacities of our Female Refugees schools teachers through capacity building training workshop in Loralai on following topics
- Pedagogy
- Inclusive Education
- Lesson Planning
- Class room assessment
- Reward and Punishment
- Child Psychology
- Low cost & No Cost Material
- Joyful learning methodology
- Questioning techniques
Awarded consultant has to perform the following duties.
- Submission of training manual/Contents outline (At application phase)
- Conduction of 10 days training on described topics
- Submission of training evaluation, Pre and Post tests
- Submission of training final report

TF will evaluate proposal on the basis of experiences and fee offered by the applicants, for further contract signing and execution of training.
