Responsibilities

  • Work with M&E, Program Development Officers, and Grants Officers to collect information on program achievements and develop associated narrative for communication within the project, and to the client.
  • Use information in Activity Database and MEL reports to compile quick results reporting on program status and impact, including press releases and success stories, as well as sharing trends, lessons learned, and success stories with APTs and IPs.
  • Reviewing and suggesting the list of content/materials to undergo the Non-Partisan Review Process for all Cleared grants.
  • Conducting the Non-Partisan Review Process for all grants to ensure that content adheres to client guidelines and does not unduly privilege or criticize any single political, religious, racial, gender, or ethnic perspective.
  • Write and compile routine program reports for the field office, such as the Weekly and Quarterly Report, which include reporting of success stories and analyses of the program for the Program Evaluation section, as well as analyses of the security and political situation.
  • Develop material for and conduct periodic trainings on project reporting for implementing partners to facilitate and enhance partner documentation and reporting capabilities for the following:

Success Stories

  • Provide guidance and support to media components, as needed on activities and to media grantees; track media hits.
  • Attend and document Regional Program Meeting proceedings on a weekly basis.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications  

  • University degree in relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related role required.
  • Experience with grants or small grants under contract programs required.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite) required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • English language fluency required.
