Overseas IT Manager

Relevant Experience:

1. IT and Computing Majors/ Bachelors Degree and above
2. Preferably 3 years+ experience working in IT or related sectors
3. Proficient in computer hardware, software procurement and upgrades, hardware installation and maintenance
4. Familiar with enterprise IT management, B2C, B2B, ERP or other system maintenance platforms

Job Description:

1. The IT manager should implement the IT system requirements of the company. This includes maintaining the system and the supporting business operations
2. Under the guidance of the management, the IT Manager should plan and implement the IT requirements of the branch
3. Organise the information training system (B2C, B2B, KM, Dynamic AX, SCM, Oracle ERP, etc.). In addition the IT manager must also input the customizesed processes into the system. The IT manager will alsoensure optimised IT services for other departments
4. Deal with troubleshooting and bugs and handle basic network telecommunications. The IT manager will also maintain the hardware and consult on repairs
5. Collect and sort the business department’s requirements and liaise with the HQ to consult on solutions and troubleshooting
6. Manage the department’s IT budget. The role will also require consultation with management on cost efficiency and implementation of new products and upgrades
