The Sindh Reading Program (SRP) is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Pakistan. The goal of SRP is to promote a culture of reading in primary schools in the province of Sindh, in liaison with the Sindh Government. As part of the project activities, SRP is looking to contract a local human resources organization that can on-board and manage approximately 30-35 short-term local staff. While SRP will provide the technical management, the human resources firm will be required to assist with tasks related to on-boarding, payroll management, compliance with local labour law, record keeping of time sheets and other required documentation, processing and payment of expense reports.
